I other practice set is a Pearl Export Series with ISS. They make the drums sound better, but a complete PITA to change heads.

It's not that bad though. All you have to do is loosen 2 bolts to take it off. It only adds about 10 seconds to the time it takes to change your heads....

I play DWs....they only offer an isolation-mount system, no "standard" mounts...but their system holds the drum by the lugs, with rubber bushings....no different than changing a head on a "standard" mounted drum. AND minus the huge hole in the shell for mounting hardware.
