Sticky Threads

Hi i have a suggestion. Who is it who decides if a thread becomes sticky? Cause there are loads of questions (e.g - cleaning cymbals, drum tab sources, starting and joining bands, things to look at when buying new and used hardware, drums and cymbals) which are asked loads of times which i think would be good as sticky threads, like at the top, so people wouldn't keep posting them. I'm a member of other forums that do this and it is very successful, its easy to find commonly asked questions. They could also be added to and we could get like lists going.

It's a great idea MS and others have mentioned it before. I think it's a just a matter of when someone gets around to it. LOL I believe any of the mods can stick threads. I'll try to help move this along.
