    Default Good Splash Cymbal?

I really need a replacement for my PST3 Splash Cymbal (I got it from a friend who was selling his drum kit for $5) and was wondering a good new splash cymbal to buy, I have about $110 to spend but I doubt I will need all that

Zildjian A Custom in the size and tone you desire. I have the 12" and it sounds fantastic. The 10" also sounds very good. Check them out before you buy them, you may have different tastes.

DR, you might want to check out the Wuhan splashes along with the others. I have a 12" Wuhan Splash and it sounds great. You have to listen to each one if you go for the Wuhans because they're hand made, and the sound of each cymbal can be very different, but if you get a good one, they're great - and they're easy on the wallet.

a very nice splash and quite cheap one is the paiste rude splash...this is my opinion, you might want something else...it all comes down to what style of music you play!!!

Thanks everybody. The best all-round splash I have ever played is the Sabian Paragon Neil Peart sig 8" Splash. It is full, yet very glassy.

The Zildjian A 6" is great and cutting, if you're going for a 6"

In the 10" splashes the Sabian HHX 10" with the unfinished bell sounds just awesome.

Again, if you are going with just one splash, I'd go with the Paragon.

Another vote for the Zildjian A and A custom, sound pretty much the same, I own both. The 10" is my favorite and probably the most popular size. If you want to save alot of money the Wuhans do sound pretty good and are worth checking out. What sounds good to someone is subjective, so try a few out.

I have the Paragon, the AA, AAX, the Zildjian A and ZXT Platinum and the Wuhan S series. To me, they all sound good.

I'd be hard pressed to pick one but if I did, I too would suggest the Paragon. All around it sounds the most versatile.
