Hey Stokes. Cool video. The transitions were entertaining! The one thing that stood out during the first rudiment was what my old teacher tried drilling into my head: "LOUDER and HARDER isn't FASTER" I would suggest to relax your arms a bit and try to focus on using your wrists combined with stick bounce to gain speed. If I'm not mistaken, those Remo practice pads don't provide a whole lot of bounce back. Keep up the practice, it's looking like a good start!
