Yeah I came close to ordering the rail mount but decided to just go with a center mount as it is much easier to deal with on gigs and such IMO. I still may add a mount for a ride cymbal on the right side but not sure yet.

Here are a few pics of my new Keystone Oak snare.. I love it so far, one piece of gel at 11 O'clock and bam she dialed right in for me. Very sensitive and dry pop. Now I only have to wait about 9 weeks, 6 days, and 12 hrs for my kit : )

Sorry been delinquent with the pics but been real busy with work and Gigs and really loving my New CM's.. Even with the stock heads still on I just love playing these drums. I really have to go to an extreme tuning wise to get them to sound bad. Such a wide range and I think the range will increase even more with coated heads but I am in no hurry to change em out. Kit looks absolutely fantastic and pics from a phone will never come close to doing it justice but here is one for now.

    Kit looks great MDK!

I've been using the EC2 clear tom batters on my 12/14/22 CM kit and they sound great but when I decide to change them out, I believe that I am going to try the coated heads as well ...

I have been playing Ludwig's for a long time. (I have had a set of Slingerland's and Rodgers, and, now, 2 sets of Pearls)

The 1 thing that has amazed me the most is that with all the videos I've put up on my Ludwig's, not 1 person in almost 10 years has noticed that my BD tom mount is a Slingerland Set-O-Matic.

I’m in the same boat as you on that one. I’d settle for one of these too.
All 14x6.5 Acrolites are 10 luggers.
    Regular Acrolites are 8 lug.

Love, love, love, love, love other than the sizes. That can't be much fun to gig with but what a home kit.

Can someone tell me if Ludwig Drumsets come with memory locks for the floor toms? I ordered a Ludwig Classic Maple kit which should be here in about 2 months and have no idea if it will come with memory locks. Looking at Ludwigs website i don't even see any kits in their photo galleries with memory locks.

    Thanks.

I’m not certain they do. You mean just to lock height of leg settings on the floor tom?
I know the memory locks can be purchased for 9.5 mm. Pearl sells a version too for like $3 ea.
