Hi. tried uploading an avatar, but it doesn't seem to appear on my posts.
The avatar is within the size limits, any Idea what's happening.
Also I have a cool, (I think) animated gif, can that be uploaded as an avatar. I have got it down to less than 100x100 and 34 KB.

Ah go to User CP left side of screen, make sure the pic is set as your avitar vice your profile pic. That should do it.

I think there is a 'resize' pic function at photobucket but I don't know if it does it for .gifs. nice pic btw

AndyC, what have you done to upload your avatar? Normally, if it is within the specified size, it will upload and appear. As to the animated gif, that shouldn't be a problem, as long as it's within the size guidelines.

HaHa...I tried spinning my sticks like that once...then I remembered that I don't have enough of a middle finger on my left hand (partial amputation). Stick went flying into the dance crowd...whacked some chick across the side of her head as I recall.
There's a lot to be said for Time Honored tradition and value.
