Glad it went better then my first one dude. I never played with them again haha
But now i have a band with the singer
For 4 guys rocking out in a shed, it went pretty well! We jammed out on a song they'd written(and they liked my drumming for it, so that's a bonus) and then experimented with a couple of other songs they had, though not in much detail. We didn't have a PA so it was hard to hear, and cos I didn't get the songs straight away, I might have missed a couple of the changes from verse to chorus and stuff, but for the most part it was great. We had one run through where we only made a few mistakes, and it sounded amazing.
When we have a band name and some decent recordings, I'll post them up. For now, it's just 4 guys in a shed. Having fun.

4 Guys In A Shed - might be a decent band name!
Well, we have a local moving company here called 3 Men And A Truck....what the heck.

Since you brought up Band names...the shindig we played at last week is the weekly gig for the Des Moines Big Band...a most serious group! On their web site (www.desmoinesbigband.com), they had us listed on the schedule for Mon. Jan 19th ..."Catch the OTHER big band in town." So now, I want to call our band...TOBBIT. What do you think?
