I am fairly sure there is at least one coat of clear on the inside of those shells.
You should not have to do anything.

So I oil the fretboard on my guitar, about once a year I re-oil my furniture, what do I do to my drums? I just bought a Starclassic Bubinga birch and noticeed that the wood looked a little dry. It's wrapped on the outside, but the inside is raw. I tried to find an email address for Tama, to find out what their recommendations are, but had no luck (Kind of weird) Previously, I have used tung oil on the inner shells and noticed a little difference in resonance, but with these more expensive drums, I don't want to do anything wrong.

If you do anything I would check to make sure it doesn't void any warranty you have first.

As long as you can balance the humidity in your location, you shouldn't have to worry about your wood drum shells. I've never, ever rubbed down the interior of my shells with anything.
There's a lot to be said for Time Honored tradition and value.
