What's on your feet?

I was curious what people wear when they are drumming. For example...I know Neil Peart wears ballet/dance shoes. I know some guys just wear socks. I usually wear tennis shoes. Just curious what everyone else wears to get the right feel for their base and hi-hat pedals.

I prefer just wearing socks. They make your feet slip a little on the pedal and allow you to get faster double bass.

I wear socks (alone at home) or my Vans. I used to wear wrestling shoes for about 10 years. If you never tried them, you need to. They have thin, flexable soles so you can really feel the pedals through them.

I wear kung fu shoes. they are like really thin fabric shoes with plastic soles.

When I'm at home I just play bare feet. at a show I mostly wear my Converse All Stars or Asics.
I have the feeling that I can play double bass better with shoes. and just single bass barefeet.

barefoot i used to wear my boots cus the soles were flat and thin but they broke i need new ones for christmas (come on santa)

Sorry I have caps locked for work and I forget that I do when I am on here. And yes I am on this site at work. I usually have it up all day and check on it periodically.
