hello my fellow drummers,

me, my brother, and my sisters boyfriend are planning on going to a summer concert called Cornerstone. its a 4-6 night concert, and i really hope that we can go. money has been tight lately and its been hard for my dad to get a job. my sister's boyfriend thought that he had the money in his bank account for the tickets, but apparently not, and he has no money. my parents are going to try to buy all 3 tickets themselves, but its going to be a stretch. but the conert will be an amazing spiritual experience.

also, i went to high school at the beginning of this semester with un-experienced mind not knowing how it would be. i figured i would try it. i had been homeschooled from grades 1-8 and never been in a public shcool before. i have come to realize that (with swim team practice) i get home every day at 7 PM, not counting days with meets. i am very involved in my youth group where i play drums and my brother plays guitar. my practice, bible reading, and prayer time has been suspended because of this, and i hope that i can return to homeschooling, although my mom wants to go back to work because of the lack of cash flow. i have been praying immensly for my parents to let me go back to homeschooling so that i have more time to excel in drums and grow in my spiritual life, but they seem to not see the fact that regular school takes too much time, and homeshooling is the logical choice.

I'll be praying for you man. I know how it is.. I'm very involved in my youth group etc. Not very involved in school although I'm an Honor student but things can get very hecktic.
