I would've agreed with you about a week ago man. Then I found out they've discontinued that line of cymbals. So my new favourites are Zildjian Z Customs or HHX's.

I love Sabian Paragons
I have the 14" hhx evolution hats an 18" aaxplosion crash a 20" paragon crash and the 22" paragon ride.
i also have and love the paragon 22" ride. i have the 6" splash and 19" china.
the only 3 i really fell n love with in the paragon line.
Zildjian A Customs and Z Customs...but I am very interested in checking out the Sabian Paragons.....
Word to the wise : don't mess with the drummer.

The Paragons are a large rich cymbal. Very powerful and dark. I have noticed though that in the ride it is very hard to find 2 that sound similar. It took me 2 months to find the one I have. The bell just cuts through anything!Originally Posted by BigTallG

well...zildjian ZBTs and ZHTs are the only ones ive had and i love them...

i like the meinl byzance regular finish cymbals.i also like masterwork cymbals.turkish handmade cymbals seem to sound good to me lately.
Paiste Alpha series is by far my favorite. They are the least expensive hand hammered and hand lathed cymbals on the market and sound just like the most expensive. For hats, my favorite is a nice set of Zildjian 14" A Custom Mastersounds.
