This video is me playing to a band called 10 years, and the song is titled Silhouette Of A Life, the original track has no drums, but I really dig this song, so I decided to add a little of me to the song, hope you like it.

BTW this song was actually somewhat difficult to come up with the drum track, it has some kinda strange timing(at least as far as I am concerned lol)I was also playing around with traditional grip, which I have been working on(and still have a long way to go)and I kept my drums subtle and a bit quite in the mix, I did not want to ruin the song, anyway enough rambling.

As always very nice. Shows you can do it all Nuff Said Only thing I noticed was why you lift your left hand up so high off snare but still nothing wrong with that just me lol

Great job Kev! I like that band a lot. And it shows yet another level of your musicianship...well done. Too bad we can't get any song we wanted without drum tracks to jam along with!!!

Very tasty additions. Never would have known that it wasn't the original drum part. I will have to go and find the original song without you in it now.
Great drum tones as well. The snare is tight, the kick is fat and the toms have definite notes to them.
    Nice job.
    Proudly playing:
    Doc Sweeney Drums
    A bunch of snares
    A bunch of cymbals

    Off-Set double pedals

I think I love to play the drums simply because you get to hit 'em!!!

Pretty sweet kev. That is some weird timing. Just a question, i think it's already been mentioned, why do you hold your left hand so high above the snare with your traditional grip. I play it, not well mind you, and I've seen it played where the hand is almost even with or below the rim if the snare. I think it allows for a better dynamic range that way and some more moeller type of work.
