Um....Jonny....there is a VIDEO forum on the main page. Lots of members have clips posted there.
Knowing as many drummers as I have over the years, I know I'm not the only one to video myself playing.
The only Drum Chatter I have seen post video clips regularly is SticksWizardDragon.
Soooo...
I'll start, with me and my old girl's (with ancient heads) in my acoustically unforgiving garage.

Peace and rhythm, my fellow head beaters!!!
Now it's your turn. Break out those vids!!
Proudly playing:
Doc Sweeney Drums
A bunch of snares
A bunch of cymbals
Off-Set double pedals
I think I love to play the drums simply because you get to hit 'em!!!

Why do psychics have to ask you your name? And how come you never heard of a psychic winning the lottery?

Thank you so much, Pastor Bob. I had already re-posted them on this thread or whatever you call it. So now there are two ways to see them.
And thanks for your comment. Means alot after so many years away from the business and just thrashing in the garage.
I have since moved the girls into the 'office', so I'll record again to hear the sonic difference one of these days.
Peace and rhythm.

LMAO!!!
It's my tribute to Phil Collins!!
Really...
I took them off because both of the old floor toms have at least one rod each that backs out as I play. I got sick of finding tension rods on the floor after each jam, so I took them off all the toms for continuity.
And...I need new heads all the way around to do it right, tops and bottoms, but, I ain't puttin a dime into this kit.
I graduate from nursing school May 28th, and thereby instantly double my income, so I can actually have $ to put aside for a new kit after waiting three decades!!!
I'm all over this site asking ?'s about what players think about all the brands and lines of kits as I continue to shop and drool.

Welcome Johnny G. Very Cool my friend. I hope to someday get a vid on here. If that technology should ever reach Gilligans Island here. LOL. Nothing could be more exciting than the anticipation of a new set after 3 decades. enjoy!
all the best...
The end of # 2 made my day
You can't change the past but you can always alter the future.
Is that tattoo real? it looks fake.
Welcome drumming brother, nice vids, good playing, really like your right foot.
No I dont have a foot fetish!!
And the face after the stick drop is brilliant,
Schtick around man, you seem like a cool dude, dis place is full of cool dudes and great info.
Official cowbell hater.
Hey there ratmycue,
Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, it's a real tattoo. I couldn't respect myself if I sported a fake tat. does anyone actually do that?
My beauty cost me over an hour of that special burning pain and $225. He comes from Jethro Tull, "Broadsword and the Beast". Not their best album, but a great cover. I'm a big fan. See sig line.
And thank you for the right foot comment. I started learning John Bonham technique when I was 8 thanks to my older brother's influence. I guess it's payed off.
I have never gone double pedal and still hesitate to make the change when I get the new kit, cuz I'm so comfortable as a single pedal player.
Then I listen to Sticks Wizard and his Dualist triple pedal and figure if he can learn new techniques, I shouldn't be afraid to step out of my comfort zone.
Thanks again for watching.
Peace and rhythm.

I thank Neil Peart mostly for making odd time and rapid sig changes less frightening.
Once you've disected "Limelight" or "Freewill", odd time becomes just another time sig to play in. And wicked fun!!
I might just spin "Camera Eye" for a workout today!!
Peace and rhythm!
