Default ...and then there were 3

Got the news just this past Tuesday that our second lead guitar player was leaving us to start a music ministry at his place of employment (Exec. director of 90 bed Christian alcohol and drug rehab) At first I was kinda shocked, but I understand the pull one can feel. Heck the same thing happened to me with the worship band I was playing in for almost 3 years..I left to pursue a different call. I am happy that I did! Even as a 3pc band: Guitar, bass and drums...wow Smokin' hot!

Now we just have to come up with a new band name...?? -Les

Wow. I'm sure he will be missed among the band. But each of us has to follow our own path. You guys will be fine!

Oh, and there are some great 3 piece bands out there...Rush comes to mind!

I wouldn't worry about it at all Les. You know how these things work out anyway. Now strap some cymbals to the inside of your kness, put that bass drum on your back with some beaters on your elbows, and pick up a guitar!!

Very nice. Laughing my butt off.

The Black Keys are a great 2 piece band. If they can make their awesome sound with 2, 3 should be no problem.

Anybody besides me remember Triumph? Another great power trio.

Les, why do you have to change the name of the band? Members come and go from bands all the time without the remaining members changing the name. Am I missing something?

Why do psychics have to ask you your name? And how come you never heard of a psychic winning the lottery?
