Just stick to the tempo of the midi files I guess... I don't really see the problem...
I’am a drummer and my brother play guitar
We play music with a midiplayer (charlie lab), and use cakewalk audio pro 9 to edit the files
We have a BIG problem, ,,we play sometime faster or slower than the midi file, because we have remove the drum and guitar track, and therefor not have these to play after
What can we do ?
Just stick to the tempo of the midi files I guess... I don't really see the problem...
Like Bafke said. I guess you could use a metronome to keep time with the player. Your the drummer. Its up to you to keep the time.
yea... record a cheapo vesion of the drummer playing and put it on a cd. or mp3 player and give the guitarist head phones..that solves his problem...but as for the drummer keeping time thats up to you man
PRACTICE SAFE BANGING!!! play drums! My Pearl Session Kit
Metronome is your friend! A must when you are recording with midi tracks.
