I work for a Toyota Dealership here in Adelaide. I am what they call a "Parts Interpreter".
Basically I sit at my own counter and sell Toyota clothing, accessories (floor mats, etc) and parts. It's retail at its best people.
After a day of dealing with stupid customers, my drumming is my theropy because I really feel the need to smack something around for a while to get rid of my tension. Sometimes I feel sorry for the way I treat my drums, but I know secretly they love it when I'm rough!!![]()

Yeah? Photography would be something I'd love to learn how to do well. In fact, an old mate of mine who was really good at doing sax and should have been a session musician (he plays other instruments too), he became a photographer. In fact, that's how come he met a Turkish woman who ended up becoming his photography assistant and then ended up marrying and moving to Istanbul!!! We're still keeping in touch, but man, talk about a complete change of life!

That may be an annoying job,but I sure appreciate someone who speaks decent English!(Tip:If anyone gets one of those tech support people who are terrible at the English language or are too hard to understand, ask nicely to speak to an English speaking person. They will say,"I will let you talk to my superior." Say no nicely and ask again and they will put you through to someone immediately.Maybe if everyone did this, more jobs wouldnt be farmed out over seas for pennies.I know it helps to keep my blood pressure down!)

I shot video...but I do still photography on the side. News was "fun". The hours sucked, the pay was horrible. Worked holidays, nights, weekends. Got called at 3am all the time to shoot some random B.S. But it was interesting. Every day was a new day.
Now, I shoot vids of law makers. Not nearly as exciting. But the hours are great, the pay is much better and instead of getting called in when the weather is horrible now they send us home.
Back on the job, full time EMT and part time Firefighter.

Our original cars were made in Germany in the late 70's and early 80's. Since then, we have a "Buy American" mandate. In order to qualify for Federal funds, we have to have a percentage of our cars made domestically. Fortunately, SIEMENS opened a plant years ago in the Sacramento area (technically in late8's garage I believe) so we are able to stay with the same company.
I work at.... Oh wait im unemployed :/
