    try moon gels on just your toms...they would sound, EVEN better! (than they are now of coarse!)

    Nahh, I like my toms wide open, the only drum that has any muffling is the kick with a small rolled up towel.

    what is that ride? I cant make it out, has a nice tone. I like the open sound you have, fits your style . good stuff.


    By the way, if it is a used set the old owner put the 1st tom in the wrong spot!! you might want to move it.

    would love a funky style vid if you are into it at all.

    The snare is actually a 61/2x14 Ludwig Maple Classic. I put coated Ambassadors on the toms and snare, the kick has an Evens EQ that came with the kit, thanks.

    The cymbal is a Paiste 22" Dark Energy Mark 1 ride, it actually has a very small crack on the edge, I drilled a small hole in front of it to keep it from getting any bigger.
